  1. 1.1. By placing an order on our website or via our ordering app, you accept the offer of our restaurant that delivers in your postcode area. You enter into an agreement with our restaurant, which will deliver your order to you. You can submit any questions and comments via our contact form. The contact details of our restaurant can be found in the confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. Payments via the website are processed by Buckaroo.nl, who takes care of the payment to our restaurant. Your order cannot be cancelled.
  2. 1.2. Within the framework of this agreement, our restaurant processes personal data, this is always done in accordance with the applicable legislation. For more information about how we handle your personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
  3. 1.3. Our restaurant will never sell your personal data to third parties without your permission.

  1. 2.1. Delivery costs are charged for delivery of an order, which are indicated when ordering. The prices stated on the website and app do not include the costs for delivery.
  2. 2.2. Orders can be placed via the internet up to 15 minutes before closing time. The opening hours are listed on our website and app.
  3. 2.3. An additional price may be charged for soil, size and/or ingredients for promotional actions.
  4. 2.4. Although we strive for a delivery of your order within 45 minutes to the address you want, there are always circumstances, such as weather and traffic, that can contribute to this indication not being achieved.
  5. 2.5. The risk for the order passes to you after the order has been placed and paid for.
  6. 2.6. If the order is placed outside opening hours, you will be refunded your money to your account number.
  7. 2.7. If the order is not to your liking (for example because the food is spoiled or the order does not match what you ordered), you will receive compensation (in consultation with our restaurant). Please contact our restaurant by phone.
  8. 2.8. Our restaurant reserves the right to refuse and cancel an order within a reasonable period of time, without having to give the reason. The amount already paid will then be refunded to your account.


  1. 3.1 During the ordering process, you must pass on any promotional actions. If you do not do this, Our Restaurant cannot be held to deliver in accordance with these promotions afterwards. 3.2 Our Restaurant reserves the right to refuse and withdraw promotional actions.


  1. Advance payment is possible via the payment methods offered on our app and website. If online payment is not possible or if you prefer payment on delivery, you can also pay to the delivery person.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website, the app and the products of Ons Restaurant, including packaging and advertising material, rest exclusively with Ons Restaurant and its suppliers. This includes patent rights, trademark rights, trade name rights, database rights, design rights, domain names and other intellectual property rights (including know-how and trade secrets) in the Netherlands or elsewhere, which are related to the content of the ordering app and website and/or the delivered products, including packaging/advertising material. It is not permitted to use the trademarks or identification marks on the website, products, packaging or advertising material, or any indications regarding copyrights, trade names or other intellectual property rights, modify, copy, otherwise (re)use or delete, nor modify or copy the website or any parts thereof, nor in any other way damage to or take unjustified advantage of the reputation of the intellectual property rights of Our Restaurant and its suppliers.   1. 6.1 The total liability of Ons Restaurant for an attributable shortcoming in the performance of an agreement or for any other reason whatsoever, is limited to compensation for direct damage up to a maximum of the amount of the price stipulated for that agreement.
  2. 6.2 Our Restaurant is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings and immaterial damage.
  3. 6.3 The above exclusions and limitations shall lapse if and insofar as the damage is the result of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the management of Our Restaurant.

Complaints procedure

  1. 7.1 If you have a complaint about your order or its delivery, we kindly request you to submit it directly via our contact form or e-mail address on our website. We will process your complaint and contact you as soon as possible to provide feedback on the findings.

Applicable law

  1. 8.1 By visiting our website or app, you automatically accept these terms and conditions, which also continue to apply to any future visits, unless the conditions have changed.
  2. 8.2 Our Restaurant reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. We therefore recommend that you consult the conditions again on a subsequent visit or order.
  3. 8.3 The agreements between Ons Restaurant and you are governed by Dutch law.
